***Bid Abstract Posted to Attachments** **UPDATE 6 March 2023- Abstract for Step-Two Sealed Bids Posted** Results of Step 1 - Technical Evaluation of the Two Step IFB process The following firms submissions have been identified as being technically acceptable and shall proceed to Step 2 of the Two Step IFB process only. WyoDak Energy Services, LLC 135 Pine St., Buffalo, Wyoming 82834 Montcal, LLC PO Box 1119, Plains, Montana, 59859� � Copper River Infrastructure Services, LLC 5800 Franklin Street, Ste 103, Denver, CO 80216 ***Copper River Infrastructure Services Step-1 Technical Proposal was provided on time on 13 February 23.� However, was sent to the wrong email address.� The Government determined to review the companies Step-1 Technical Proposal.� Copper Rivers Technical Proposal was found to be acceptable and approved to move to Step-2 IFB Bids.� The Government is extending the Step-2 IFB Bids to 4 April 2023 to allow Copper River to have the appropriate amount of time to review the final Toe Drain Outfall Repair and Monitoring final Specification and Drawings.�� Final Bid Schedule, Specifications and Drawings are in attachments and are only for the Step-1 approved contractors to move forward with reviewing the Step-1 attachments and providing� .� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � - Bids will be due on 4 April 2023 -
