Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract under statutory authority Section by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The 6 ARW at MacDill, FL has a requirement for an update of current SIPR access systems for several key offices. The purpose is to provide access to SIPR in a timely, daily, and efficient manner to each position. The end goal is to have a system interoperable with the other on base systems for ease of maintenance, user interface, and network connectivity; meet APL, NIAP, and TAA requirements, in addition to local 6th Communication Squadron network connectivity and WING Information Protection guidelines and requirements. Reference the attached draft Statement of Work for complete requirement details.
