Description: Pursuant to FAR 7.107-5(c)(1), this announcement serves as notification to the public of consolidation of contract requirements. The Government has determined that consolidation of contract requirements associated with FA9422-23-R-0002 is necessary and justified. This posting is made within 7 days of making that determination. Due to the determined acquisition strategy, no solicitation is expected to be posted to SAM.gov. However, in accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c)(2), the determination that consolidation is necessary and justified will be subsequently published to this site.
