Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) intend to solicit for services to provide air exchange pressure test and laboratory hood certifications. Based on the responses received from sources sought notice ID 36C24823Q0169, the Request for Quotation will be solicited as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) small business concerns. The anticipated base ordering period of performance is June 08, 2023, through June 07, 2024. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation on SAM.gov | Home will be on or about April 07, 2023. Contractors must be certified in the Veterans Small Business Certification (VetCert) Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and registered in the SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract ordering period of performance and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services is $19.0 Million.
