This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24423Q0532. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective 01 DEC 2022, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at FAR | Acquisition.GOV. This Solicitation is being competed as a Total SDVOSB Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals (PSC) is J061 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment and the business size standard is 750 Employees. The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking for Electrical Breaker Testing Philadelphia VAMC. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4233 Rev 25 dated 27DEC22, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as an attachment.
