- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.�This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number is W50S6S23Q0007 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, Dated 16 March 2023. (iii) This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 238190 with a $19M Size Standard. (iv) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions. (v) Amendment 0001 - Pursuant to the original Request for Quote, a site visit was held at 10:00 AM AZ time on 5 Apr 2023.� Due to an inadvertant communication error, not all attendees were present at the 5 Apr site visit.� Consequentally�one final site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M. AZ time on 10 Apr 2023.��Attendance is limited to two personnel per interested party.� Attendees must meet at the Valencia Rd entrance to Morris ANG Base, Tucson AZ 85706 at the site visit date, time above. No shows or Late attendees will not be granted a separate site visit. To facilitate access, interested parties must provide their Driver's license number/ State ID number, ID state of issuance, full name, date of birth, and last four of social security number via email to the address below by 2:30 PM on 7 Apr 2023.�� The timeline for submission of questions has been extended until 11 Apr 2023 at 12:00 P.M.
