Description

Amendment 2 is issued to post site visit details: Monday April 10, 2023 at 10am EST at 197 Hemphill knob rd, Asheville, NC. POC: Craig Yow. Due date remains April 12, 2023. Amendment 1 is issued to post questions and answers. Due date remains April 12, 2023, at 5pm EST. The National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the removal of existing Mini-Split HVAC system from the Blue Ridge Parkway Dispatch Center and replace with new system as specified in Statement of Work. Mini-split system is a single outdoor compressor with two indoor ceiling mounted cassette units. Contractor to furnish all labor and material to deliver a complete operational system per manufacture specifications and remove, recycle or dispose of the old system and all construction debris in according to all federal, state, and local laws. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $16.5 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote. that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. Period of Performance 4/17/2023- 6/17/2023 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
