- The United States Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) Office of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM SANG) issues the following Amendment 0001, to Request for Quote (RFQ), W519TC-23-R-2033, to incorporate Attachment 0008 Clarification and Questions_Metal Shelving_23-R-2033. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The United States Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) Office of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM SANG) issues the following Request for Quote (RFQ), W519TC-23-R-2033 in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and resources required supply & install all metal shelving units as described in Attachment 0006 Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment 0002- Specifications for Metal Shelving for the Ministry of National Guard (MNG) Logistic Base warehouses located at KHASHM-AL-AN, Riyadh, KSA. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type of contract from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror who submits the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Metal Shelving assembly and installation is to be performed IAW Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 0006- Section C- SOW Metal Shelving. The scope of this project is to provide and install metal shelving in compliance with specifications at Attachment 0002- Specifications for Metal Shelving. Offeror questions regarding solicitation and work contained in the SOW shall be submitted to the solicitation POC, Mrs. Amanada Smith at amanada.l.smith.civ@army.mil no later than 1300 (1:00PM) KSA on February 28, 2023 in order to ensure that all questions can be answered and posted for all Offeror�s knowledge prior to solicitation closing. All comments or questions should be directed by completion of Attachment 0003- Request for Clarification and submitted electronically via email to Amanada Smith by email, Amanada.l.smith.civ@army.mil and cc�ing Ms. Alissa S Rohm at alissa.s.rohm.civ@army.mil, providing the RFQ number, W519TC-23-R-2033 in the subject line. Offerors are cautioned to ensure their proposals are fully complete. A complete proposal will contain the following: RFQ including all amendments: All fill-ins and blanks completed in the RFQ and clauses. Attachment 0001 -Price Matrix with all highlighted excel cells filled in. Attachment 0004- Access Letter: completed, with all documentation requested. This summary is provided as an administrative convenience and is not intended to alter the terms and conditions of the solicitation in any way. Any inconsistencies between this executive summary and other solicitation provisions shall be resolved in favor of the other solicitation provisions. Clauses and provisions from the FAR and supplements are incorporated into this document by reference and in full text. Those incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Offeror is required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM accessed through https://www.sam.gov/ or by calling 866-606-8220. This RFQ should not be discussed with any Government employee except the Contracting Officer, Ms. Alissa S. Rohm and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Amanada Smith. Failure to adhere to this restriction may be grounds to declare your firm ineligible for consideration of any award resulting from this competitive acquisition.
