- Description
- The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, operators and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below at Facility Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Naval Base Ventura County, Ventura, California. The type of contract anticipated for this acquisition is Firm Fixed-Price to include a combination of recurring and nonrecurring work. The contractor is required to perform facilities support services/work, which primarily consists of maintenance, repair, alteration services, and minor construction (incidental to service work). The contractor will perform the required services under seven (7) technical annexes: 1502000 - Facilities Investment, 1503010 - Custodial, 1503020 - Pest Control, 1503030 - Integrated Solid Waste Management, 1604000 - Wastewater, 1700000 - Base Support Vehicles and Equipment, and 1800000 - Environmental.
