- The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG)�anticipates Catering for all feeding needs at Fort Indian Town Gap during 4-7 May 2023.�Meals to be delivered or prepared out of DFAC�12-78 by contractor using government furnished equipment (see section 2.5 for�specifics). Meals are to be served by contractor. DFAC 12-78 will have 242 Soldiers�going thru per meal. Meals required for Breakfast and Dinner. Meals to be delivered or prepared and served out of DFAC 12-78, Fort Indian Town Gap by contractor. The Contractor will supply or have all paper products,�Silverware, utensils for serving, food preparation equipment i.e., (pots, pans, trays, marmite trays, warming stations, etc.) for all points of this contract. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the attached PWS, RFQ, 21 day menu, and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items/CLINS required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due� Friday 14 APRIL at 10:00 a.m. EST via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@army.mil. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 311991. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
