- /// Amendment 0001 /// RFQ Due Date is hereby EXTENDED from Thursday, 06 April 2023 at 11:00AM EST to Wednesday, 12 April 2023 at 11:00AM EST.�� The Period of Performance Start Date is delayed to 17 April, 2023.� All other Period of Performance dates remain unchanged.�� Added Questions and Answers section.� ///� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are begin requested and a written solictation will not be issued.�� The Solicitation number is W911WN23Q3006.� It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).�� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01.�� The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection Services.� The Small Busines Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $41.5M.� This requirement is not set aside for any socioeconomic categories and provides for full and open competition.� Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price, and one single award is contemplated.�� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract.� The SAM registration process may be accessed at the following link:� https://sam.gov/content/home.� Registration is FREE to all vendors.� Prospective vendors are advised that both the registration and reactivation processes can take several business days at minimum to successfully complete.�� All vendors providing quotes will have their registration in SAM recorded at time of quote submission.� Quotes submitted by vendors not holding an Active registration in SAM will be determined non-responsive and consequently ineligible for award regardless of circumstance. A small business joint venture offeror must submit, with its offer, the representation required in paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations, in accordance with 52.204-8(d) and 52.212-3(b) for the following categories: (A) Small business; (B) Service-disabled veteran-owned small business; (C) Women-owned small business (WOSB) under the WOSB Program; (D) Economically disadvantaged women-owned small business under the WOSB Program; or�(E) Historyically underutilized business zone small business. This requriement is to provide Solid Waste Removal Services in accordance with Attachments 1-3, Exhibits 1-2, and the SF1449 Solicitation attached to this RFQ.� The Period of Performance is anticpated to comprise of a base period plus three (3) option year periods.� ��
