Description: USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) for the annual membership dues for the period of 01 July 2023 through 30 June 2024. The Middle States Commission on Higher Education, MSCHE, is the recognized US Department of Education (USDE) association for universities, colleges, medical colleges and other licensed academic programs in the Mid-Atlantic region. The payment of this institutional membership fee is required for the mission and responsibilities of USU. The MSCHE membership allows for the continuation of accreditation of USU�s academic programs. Refer to the attachment for full descritpion of the requirement.��
