(CA State Route 79) South: Winchester Rd. to intersection of Interstate 15 West: Interstate 15 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��3,740 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��2 Parking Spaces (Surface):��2 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��2 Full Term:��15 Firm Term:��11 Option Term:��3 Years Additional Requirements: The office is to be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction.
