Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries is soliciting for firm-fixed price construction contract for Roof Project� in Cumberland, MD. The specifications of this project are detailed in the documents either uploaded with this soliciation or described process to receive them are found within the attached documents. No phone calls will be accepted.� 03/07/2023 : Non-disclosure form uploaded to solicitation (sensitive but unclassified non-disclosure form). Interested vendors will be emailed specifications (Bid Manual and Drawings) once non-disclosure form is recieved by April Smith at april.smith3@usdoj.gov. One set will be emailed per vendor, but everyone who will have access to these drawings within vendor company must complete non-disclosure.� 03/09/2023 : Amendment #1 Site visit time and date is amended to Thursday March 16th, 2023 at 9:00am EST. Location will stay the same. Interested vendors are still required to pass background check by fully completing and emailing to April Smith by Friday March, 10th at 2:00pmEST the attached NCIC form. 03/14/2023: Amendment #2� Deadline for questions is extended until 03/24/2023, answers to questions anticipated posting date of 03/31/2023, and proposal deadline extended until 04/17/2023 03/28/2023: Amendmen #3� �Updated directive from A&E firm in regards to bottom layer of insulation board to be adhered and still protect conduits from damage. 03/31/2023: Amendment #4� �Submitting Answers to Questions, Addendum to Drawings, and Addendum to Specifications
