- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, intends to issue a solicitation to procure Cold Gas Hulls to be manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 829001. Under FAR Part 15, and utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection approach, the Government anticipates awarding a contract with line items for: First Articles, Production Units, CDRLs, and �two (2) Option Quantities of Production Units. The contract is expected to be FFP and �include support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).� The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025323R0016.� Offers shall be FOB Destination.� The target contract award date is 26 May 2023.
