- The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation, W56HZV-23-Q-0024, intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with 100% option for the following requirement: NOUN: Automotive Engine Maintenance Stand� NSN: 4910-01-117-4344 Manufacturer Part Number: 1750A Technical Data Package: None� Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) No.:�AK11174344 Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / A Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination For proposal to be considered, please review the solicitation in its entirety and complete all required and applicable sections before submission. All Proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, mukti.deb.civ@army.mil and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-23-Q-0024 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection.
