- This is Sources Sought (SS) Notice only. This is not a request for quote. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this SS, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The SS does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Contractor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The purpose of this SS is to conduct market research to determine an acquisition strategy for establishment of a lawn & landscaping service contract for Veterans Health Indiana, Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) facilities in Indianapolis, IN. Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO10) is conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or 8(a) firms capable of performing the requirement to warrant a solicitation set-aside. The proposed solicitation is for establishment a lawn & landscaping service contract for RLRVAMC at the West 10th Street and Cold Spring Road locations. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, labor, equipment and materials and supplies to provide lawn and landscaping service.
