Description

Contracting activity is the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 (Contracts Department Code 02). This notification is to announce (IAW FAR subpart 5.201(b)(1)(i)) �NSWC PCD�s intent to solicit, negotiate �and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract , on a sole source basis, to Professional Systems Associates Inc., Cage 0KNM2, 1308 Florida Ave, Panama City, Florida for the acquisition of Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) Configuration and Lifecycle Management Software. This will include, CMPRO licenses, CMPRO Standard Product Maintenance, CMPRO Application Service Support, and CMPRO Standard Product Support for NSWC PCD projects and users on the CMPRO server, and CMPRO training. This purchase will be made under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. �The Government will not post the request for proposal on the Government Point of Entry. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
