Description

The Government, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed task order under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3406(c) as implemented in FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) with the additional information included in this notice.� The proposed source is Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon) 1 Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 USA.� The procurement is for cellular wireless service and equipment for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) and Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement�(SUBMEPP).� An Exception to Fair Opportunity for Sole Source has been prepared. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for annual maintenance and support services is for one year with a period of performance (PoP) of 05/01/2023 � 04/30/2024. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517112 � Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite), with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is DG10, IT and Telecom - Network as a Service.
