Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Montana Department Health and Human Services Department.� The company shall provide Laboratory Testing Services certain types of patient testing be performed as required by State law or as part of a public health surveillance program that cannot be performed at Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, MT. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide the�Laboratory Testing are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within�15 days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.�
