Description: The National Reconnaissance (NRO) has a requirement to build a Payload Access & Encapsulating Stand (PAES) storage facility at Cape Canaveral Space Force Base (CCSFB). The facility requires a 20 dB Radio Frequency (RF) attenuation and meet ISO Class 8 clean room standards.
