Description

This acquisition is for a firm fixed- price offer of 120/EA (with quantity price breaks) NSN 8140-01-296-7241 to Letterkenny, PA. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ under the authority Federal Acquisition Regulations (�FAR�) 12 and 13, in accordance with FAR 13.5, ""Test Program for Certain Commercial Items."" This is an unrestricted acquisition. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is April 7, 2023. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit an offer which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors not submitting a fully completed offer will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers, may render vendor offer non-responsive and may result in rejection of the same.
