THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST-FOR ESTIMATE in regards to market capabilities for interested businesses (Small and/or Large) who are willing and able to provide an estimate (based on the below draft Salient Characteristics/Requirement). The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP Purchase Order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The results from this notice will enable Soliciting from a single source or competing. ONLY VENDORS SPECIALIZED ON Custom Software Package�WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS RFI IF YOUR ARE NOT IN THIS FIELD/INDUSTRY (NO THIRD PARTIES/INTERMEDIARIES) Background:� The USMC JROTC currently uses a customized software called ""Cadet Records Manager Version 3.14"" provided by Mega-Data Services INC. The purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought is to invite interested vendors in providing either a better or same solution than the one offered by Mega-Data Services INC. Service/Supply needed:� Customized Software.� Applicable Documentation http://www.mega-data.com/CRM/CRM_Main (see this link for exisitng Salient Characteristics/Requirement) **All interested businesses sources may submit a capability statement, with their initial estimate. THE ESTIMATE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND BUDGETARY PURPOSES.
