SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Live Streaming Video Platform- Fort Sill, Oklahoma The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill, OK is issuing this sources sought/ request for information (RFI) for informational and planning purposes only. Information gathered will provide required market research to identify potential sources capable of meeting our requirement. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. PROGRAM BACKGROUND The Fires Center of Excellence, Fort Sill, OK has a requirement to provide Live Streaming Video platform for Fort Sill and is subordinate organizations. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The below Salient Characteristics are the required minimum characteristics for Live Streaming Video Platform: . Shall be FedRAMP Certified . Streaming from 4 simultaneous locations . Unlimited Viewers of live and on demand videos . Quickly convert live videos into on-demand assets . Ability to control site, URL, and stream branding . Media Streaming Player able to be embedded on social media sites . No install requirement for viewers . Control of live stream buffer . Ability to predesign broadcast with embedded video and slides. . Ability to protect stream via password or SSO . Automatic archival of stream with unlimited storage . Complete web-based encoding and streaming solution . Any required software included in base contract cost . No Ads . Scheduled video publishing . Video performance and user engagement analytics . Dedicated contract account and customer success managers . 24/7 global phone, e-mail, and live chat Technical Support . Shall have a 98% reliability of streaming platform . Optimized user experience through streamlined content management workflows and robust integration capabilities . Scalability to handle thousands and 100s of thousands of concurrent viewers . Flexibility to consolidate and grow into new video use cases (live streaming, corp comms, marketing, etc.) SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: 1. Please respond to this notice if you are capable of providing Live Streaming Video Platform subscription support that meets the minimum salient characteristics listed above. In the response, please cite business size status and Live Streaming capabilities. 2.
