EVENT:�Beale Air Force Base Industry Day AUDIENCE:�Industry Representatives, Prospective Vendors, Large and Small Business, and Socioeconomic Classified Business with a focus on service and supply related to the following organizational groupings: Security Forces Squadron Operations Group / Intelligence Community Civil Engineering (Construction) Emergency Management and Contingency Response Maintenance Operations / Communication & IT Requirements AAFES � Supplier and Concessionaire Opportunities MISSION:�The mission of the United States Air Force is�to�fly, fight�and�win in air, space, and cyberspace.�Air Combat Command is the primary force provider of combat airpower to America's warfighting commands. To support the global implementation of national security strategy, ACC operates fighter, reconnaissance, battle-management, and electronic-combat aircraft. It also provides command, control, communications, and intelligence systems, and conducts global information operations. Beale Air Force Base is tasked to deliver persistent, integrated reconnaissance and combat power for our nation. The reconnaissance gathered by the U-2 Dragon Ladies, along with other reconnaissance aircraft such as the RQ-4 Global Hawk at Grand Forks AFB�s 319th RW, feeds into information collected and assessed by intelligence units such as the 548th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group on Beale. Meanwhile, munitions specialists around the Air Force are trained at the 9th Munitions Squadron, Air Force Combat Ammunition Center. The reconnaissance gathered, intelligence assessed, and munitions created are all part of an integrated system designed to ensure the Air Force achieves its mission. After initial registration, a Base Access Letter will need to be submitted to the 9th Security Forces Squadron. Instructions will be provided to registrants after the deadline listed below. REGISTRATION DEADLINE:� April 12, 2023 or until capacity has been reached. DESCRIPTION:� Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce, Yuba Water Agency, the 9th Contracting Squadron, and Beale Air Force Base in conjunction with the Yes to Yuba program invites you to attend the Beale AFB Industry Day on 26 April 2023. This event is open to prospective industry partners.� The purpose of this forum is to synopsize potential requirements and provide an avenue to organizations across base to present problem statements to industry, in hopes of starting an open dialogue and exchange of information and ideas.� Industry will hear from the organization�s tactical level to resolve identified areas of improvement.�As a precursor, please review the attached list of upcoming requirements.
