Amendment 0002 - 11 Apr 2023, updates RFQ 70RDAD23Q00000050 to extend the date to submit a quote.� In addition, the government anticipates submitting responses to questions received by April 14, 2023. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation� for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 13. �� (2) This acquisition is set aside for 100% for Small Businesses. (3) The provision at Addendum to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.�� (4) The provision at Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.
