Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is contemplating issuance of award pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Businesses. This is a Firm Fixed-Price requirement. The Government will not be responsible for payment exceeding the award amount and a ceiling amount for each period of performance. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated January 24, 2023 (Attachment 1B).
