- N66001-23-Q-6206 � Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Global Power Supply This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Global Power Supply, LLC. Address: 12060 Woodside Avenue, Lakeside, California, 92040. This requirement is for two rental generators in support of NIWC Pacific facilities: This requirement includes: Qty 1: Rental generator at 200 kilowatt (KW), 120/240 volt (v), John Deer Engine, (0-40 Hours)#1-B103 Distro Panel: 250v-50Amp Breaker for Hard Wire: 1 3 - Nema L5-20R with 15 foot cords 5 - Nema L5-30R with 15 foot cords 2 - Nema L6-20R with 15 foot cords 2 - Nema L6-30R with 15 foot cords Services Included: Delivery Set-Up Breakdown Pick-Up Qty 1: One rental generator at 100KW, 120/208v adjustable, (0-40 Hours)#2-A223 Distro Panel: 15 - NEMA L6-30R with 5 - 5' cords, 5 - 10' cords, and 5 - 15' cords (panel will be about 175' from generator)Qty 9: Female 4/0 Pigtail (From Generator to Breaker Panel), (0-40 Hours) Qty 1300': Cable (From Spider Box to Custom Twist Lock Adapters), (0-40 Hours)Second Breaker panel with: 10 - NEMA L6-30R with 9 - 5' cords, and 1 - 10' cords (panel will be about 150' from generator)Qty 9: Male 4/0 pigtails (From Generator to Breaker Panel), (0-40 Hours) Qty 14: 50' TL cable (From Panel to Spider Box), (0-40 Hours)Third Breaker panel with: 4 - NEMA L630R with 4 - 20' cords (panel will be about 130' from generator) Qty 42: Splitter-Twist lock custom Adapters, (0-40 Hours) Qty 2: Custtom Dist panel, (0-40 Hours)Qty 70: Gallons of Fuel Used The above supplies are being procured from the current preventative maintenance supplier for NIWC PAC's diesel generators. The technicians are badged and have working knowledge of the worksite and equipment. This is an urgent requirement and escorting is not an option. The breaker boxes and other connections are customized. These customizations are not provided through other suppliers. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Global Power Supply under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 532490 and the business size standard is $40,000,000.00. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
