- This is a solicitation, not a legal binding contract. The contractor shall provide catering services for approximately 120 personnel at the Guam National Guard Training Center on the island of Guam IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: July 12-20 2023 Place of Performance: Guam National Guard Training Center, 430 16, Barrigada, Bldg 700, 96913, Guam Questions Due Date and Submission Requirements: All questions must be received before April 5, 2023 @ 1:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time.� Questions must be e-mailed to both jennifer.l.nicholas.mil@army.mil AND kamali.o.kasumu.mil@army.mil.
