*****Amendment 001-�Please be advised that MSgt Colon, Felix is the POC for coordination of base access/passes, and for escort services throughout the site visit. Please provide MSgt Colon with an accurate count of personnel from your organization that will be attending the site visit at email address: felix.colon.1@us.af.mil� . His contact number is 010-8582-3778. This information must be submitted by 1300 hours on 13 May 2023. In addition, a spreadsheet has been posted with the allotted timelines for servicing each building.***** GENERAL: This is a services contract to provide cleaning service for hoods and ducts systems on Kunsan AB, Korea. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform cleaning of hoods and ducts at dining facilities as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
