Amendment 0002 - Change Completion Date of project to 16 May 2024 and extend due date and time for receipt of quotes.� See W9212ES23Q0012-0002 attached. Amendment 0001 - Responses to Interested Vendor Questions and a revised SOW.� See� W912ES23Q0012-0001 attached. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District requires a Contractor to furnish and install three (3) precast, single-access ABA compliant vault restrooms each with concrete privacy/entrance screen.� See attached Request for Quote RFQ with Statement of Work for full details.� One (1) vault toilet shall be located at each of the following USACE Lac Qui Parle (LQP) Day Use Areas: LQP Dam, northwest of Watson, MN Marsh Lake, southwest of Appleton, MN Highway 75 Dam, southeast of Odessa, MN This RFQ is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS for this project is 238120 Structural Steel & Precast Concrete Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. The estimated magnitude of contruction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be requried.
