Amendment 0003 RFI Responses & extend the proposal due date Amendment 0002 RFI Responses & extend the proposal due date. Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal due date. A.5 SCOPE OF WORK Project Title: Replace ED Flooring Project Location: Troy Bowling Campus Lexington VAMC, Lexington, Kentucky, Main Building, 1st Floor Project Number: 596A4-19-108 Scope of Work: Contractor shall completely prepare site at the Troy Bowling Campus of Lexington VAMC in Lexington, Kentucky including demolition and removal of existing doors and flooring in the Emergency Department. Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials and equipment to perform work for installation of doors and flooring per furnished drawings and specifications at the Troy Bowling Campus of Lexington VAMC, Lexington, Kentucky. JUSTIFICATION: This project is required to replace damaged and deteriorating flooring and doors in the ED at Troy Bowling campus. Current ED flooring has holes and cracks throughout. Floor should be replaced to avoid injury to patients and staff.
