Description

Selfridge Air National Guard Base, 48045 MI, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Construction of VGLZ232028 REPLACE MV FEEDER FROM SW1-11 TO T7C AND REPLACE TRANSFORMER T7C BUILDING 17.� The contractor shall coordinate with COR, de-energize the source of electrical supply and follow all safety lock out and tag out procedure for all electrical work including demolition and new work.� The Contractor shall replace existing MV Cable from MV SW1-11 to transformer T7C and MV cable with 5/15 kV (15 kV Cu with 133% EPR type insulation) from MV Switch 1-11 to MV transformer T7C in the existing conduits and replace live front MV transformer T7C with new fused dead front loop feed transformer with lightning/surge arrestors and Provide 3rd party testing of conductors and transformer after they are installed.
