Description
SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Inspection and Cleaning Services of HVAC Systems and Exhaust Hoods Department of Veterans Affairs Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System (EOVAHCS) This is a sources sought notice only; a request for information (RFI). This is a request for vendor expressions of interest for market research purposes, in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is not a request for quote, and this is not a solicitation. This notice is posted by the Acquisition Utilization Specialist at EOVAHCS. Vendors may express their interest and raise questions by emailing monica.gary@va.gov. This is not posted by the VA Contracting Office, and we are not warranted Contracting Officers and we have no authority to enter an agreement or contract. Vendor emails must include subject line as ""Exhaust Hood Inspections and Cleanings"" and/or �VA-24-00000564�, as a minimum. Be sure to include your vendor�s name and UEI number in the body of the email. Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System is seeking vendors who have an interest and capability to furnish on-site inspection and cleaning services of HVAC systems and exhaust hoods at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK. The Vendor shall be a qualified company to perform such services with capability to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, parts, and other services deemed necessary to perform all work as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The vendor shall provide all required labor, insurance, tools, equipment, appropriate cleaning agents (approved EPA bio-based cleaning agents), materials, transportation, vehicles, parts, supplies, necessary to perform services under this agreement.� A qualified vendor is one who has the immediate capability to comply with the latest NADCA Standard ACR in the performance of services, if awarded a contract. A qualified vendor is one who has recent experience within the past 3 years of a similar scope and complexity to that described in the following PWS and for an organization of a similar size.
