REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) INTRODUCTION The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for service contract to provide Audio Visual Maintenance. Based on the responses to this RFI/Market Research, this requirement may be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF�POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION�PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT. BACKGROUND In 2019, FLC Norfolk awarded Contract GS-06F-0761Z N0018919F0775. This acquisition provided an upgrade to audio visual hardware in Building 420. All audio visual equipment is in working condition and a potential acquisition would serve as a follow on to previous maintenance services. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $34,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is J059, Maintenance/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. Small Businesses are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS (CAPABILITIES�STATEMENT) A draft Material List which entails audio visual hardware in Building 420 is attached for review (Attachment 1). Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than fifteen (15) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 11 am, EST 17 April 2023. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be submitted to SAM.gov. This documentation must address at a minimum the following items: 1. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? 2. Can or has your company managed a task of this nature? If so, please provide details. 3. What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks? 4. Respondents to this notice also must indicate whether they qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern. Respondents must provide Cage Code and Unique Entity ID. 5. Is your company currently on a government wide contract with GSA or Seaport? Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. Your response to this RFI, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to SAM.gov in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF). All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
