Description

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to MPM Products for the procurement of a FUJI Digital Radiography system.� This contract action will procure a Digital radiography system that will be employed locally and in forward deployed (OCONUS) environments for the purpose determining internal structures, fillers, fusing and firing train elements of Captured Exploitable Materiel (CEM). The proposed contract will only be negotiated with MPM Products located at 1718 E. Grevillea Ct. Ontario, CA 91761, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� This notice will be posted 15 days. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code 6635 and NAICS code 325992.
