Description

NOTE: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PACKAGE. IT CONTAINS ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS FOR SOLICITATION 36C24823Q0888 STATEMENT OF NEED 1. GENERAL: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires Artwork for the VA Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic located at 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637. 2. PURPOSE: The Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic is a new facility with a projection of opening within the following year. The Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic requirement is to procure Artwork for delivery and installation throughout the first and second floors of the facility. 3. SCOPE: This requirement intends to procure artwork to enhance occupied space at the VA Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic at 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637. This requirement is a brand name or equal request. Question On Solicitation 36C24823Q0888 On page 6, under General Artwork Application, states Item C, as silver wood or metal. However, in the cut sheets (page 33, for example), it states: Finishes available in Natural, Cherry, Walnut or Mahogany. The natural finish would be best.
