Description

The WAATS will retain full time operational control, and management of the DFAC. The DFAC provides meals for Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) and for Non-SIK personnel. Contractor tasks include the following: cooking hot meals, cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils; bussing tables in dining areas; performing cashier services; handling foods, equipment, and supplies; maintaining quality control; and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service. Refer to the attached solicitation for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance, and FOB point; applicable provisions and clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
