- Description: The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate� a contract on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation-Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, CA to provide Underwater Launcher Subsystem (ULS) Spares and 4th Level repairs of ULS parts, and to provide Strategic Systems Program Alterations (SPALTs) support. PERFORMANCE LOCATION: Primary places of performance and support shall be provided at Sunnyvale, CA, Kings Bay, GA, Cape Canaveral, FL, and Silverdale, WA. An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting�Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in�accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under�separate notice.
