Description

The USPFO Contracting Office, Virginia (VA) intends to issue a sole-source award to United Site Services of Maryland, Inc., Westborough, MA 01581, Cage Code 026P2. The 116th IBCT is seeking Field Sanitation Support for our TY23 Annual Training period from 02JUN2023 to 17JUN2023 at Fort Barfoot (Pickett), Blackstone, VA. Award may be made without discussions. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562991: Septic Tank and Related Services, with a size standard of $9 million; the Product Service Code (PSC) is W045: Lease or Rental of Equipment�Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, in accordance with FAR 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and following procedures as described in FAR 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is not a formal solicitation, and it is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded based on quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
