FAR Clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside was removed.*** *** An amendment to the soliciation was made on 13 April 2023. Please see the attached amended Solicitation and Questions and Answers. ***� This Solicitation is for Research and Development (R&D) Support for High Power Electronics and Advanced Materials. The general scope of this requirement is to provide R&D capability to the Power and Advanced Materials Branch in key technical areas. The Power and Advanced Materials Branch conducts research and development programs in solid state electronics and related technologies that support Navy and DoD interests and capabilities in the full range of new platform and weapons capabilities enabled by high-power solid state electronic devices. NRL intends to award a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to a single vendor from this solicitation. Please note that all RFP, amendment(s) and/or publicly releasable documentation will be posted to Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Interested Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and may be accessed electronically only. Please see the attached solicitation package for details and instructions on how to respond to this Request for Proposal.
