Description

TITLE:��Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services to support the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Roseburg, Oregon (OR), Seattle District (NWS), Northwestern Division (NWD) CONTRACT INFORMATION: �The USACE, NWD, NWS requires A-E Services to Support the VAMC at the Roseburg, OR campus. Services are to be provided under a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Selection of Architects and�Engineers, 40 U.S.C. �� 1101 et seq. (formerly referred to as the Brooks Act), as�implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541330, Engineering Services. It is open to all A-E firms�regardless of size. The Government intends to award one (1) contract with a total�capacity of $75,000,000 for a term of five (5) year base period with a single three (3) year option period to follow for a maximum duration of eight (8) calendar years. The�Government reserves the right to not award any contract from this synopsis.
