Description

This updated notice constitutes SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 4 to Request for Proposals�70B01C23R00000007. This RFP, 70B01C23R00000007 � Amendment 4, is issued for the Facilities Management & Engineering Directorate, Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Southeast Region. The government intends to award a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue firm fixed price task orders, utilizing a total small business set-aside. Offerors shall review all 14 documents attached to SAM Contract Opportunities (formerly called FedBizOpps or FBO) and shall submit their proposal response in compliance with the instructions contained therein, in order for proposals to be considered responsive. This amendment includes a revision to each of the following: Attachment 1 � Performance Work Statement (to clarify sections 1.3.3.2.1 and C.1.3.9) Attachment 1A - SE Facilities List Attachment 3 � SE Line Item Detail Attachment 4 � Pricing Overview Sheet (�HVAC Technicians� revised to �Maintenance Technicians� for clarity) Attachment 7 � Wage Determinations by Location (streamlined for ease in viewing). Attachment 1 � Performance Work Statement R3, Attachment 1A - SE Facilities List R1, Attachment 3 � SE Line Item Detail R1, Attachment 4 � Pricing Overview Sheet R1, and Attachment 7 � Wage Determinations by Location R1 all replace the previous versions in their entirety. This amendment includes additional documents as follows: Attachment 8 is added to address prospective Offeror Questions with Government Responses. Attachment 9 is added to provide a sample vetting sheet that contractors/subcontractors will need to complete if they do not have favorable CBP BIs. Word Versions of Attachments 5A and 5B.
