- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation for the towing and dismantlement/disposal of the wooden/composite-hulled ex-ARDENT (MCM 12), ex-SCOUT (MCM 8), and ex-CHAMPION (MCM 4). NAVSEA intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract.
