- Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your�company to submit a quotation for 56x fuel tanker with fuel dispensing equipment on behalf�of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Kyiv, Ukraine. The complete quotation shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line ""Quotation 19GE5023Q0040� no later than 14:00 Central European Summer Time�(CEST) on May 25, 2023 to� PetersenTA@state.gov. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. NOTE: No quotations will be accepted after the time indicated above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. Please note: a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English. b. Please do NOT contact the U.S. Embassy Kyiv directly regarding this project. c. An active SAM registration is a condition of award. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from�the instructions in the combined synopsis & solicitation and to waive any information or minor�irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to�award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
