- Question: CLIN 0002 The Reliance 7900NC model is without the three instrument wells. This is an unusual configuration as an eyelane normally has several instruments that are charged in the instrument wells. The model with the instrument wells is 7900 IC. As requested, the Reliance 7900 NC/WC which is the Solicitation model with wheelchair Answer: We definitely need the stands with the instrument wells that are low enough to accommodate patients in wheelchairs. The stands without the wells are not acceptable. Question: CLIN 0006 - The Haag-Streit IM 910 Imaging Module with Eyesuite Software and All-in-One PC is the correct product for Part Number IM910BQSETESPC. I do not know what RM-03 AIO-PC (MAP)"" is as this is not a Haag-Streit product. Could you please let me know what this is or is this just a part number from another Vendor or internal part number that can be ignored. Answer: The RM-03 is the All in One PC that comes with the camera. Question: CLIN 0007 - You state ""Haag-Streit Dicon License for LENSTAR . I assume you are procuring the Haag-Streit DICOM License and it is for the 3 IM 910 Imaging Modules in CLIN 0006. Is this correct? Answer: Yes Question: CLIN 0009 - I assume the Reliance Monitor Arm - Articulating Mount (P/N 539900) is being ordered for the All-in-One Computer in CLIN 0006, but you are ordering more than the quantity of IM 910s in CLIN 0006 so I am unsure. Some vendors will recommend the 539900 arm but if you are ordering these for the computer in CLIN 0006, Haag-Streit recommends the Reliance Monitor Arm Fixed Height Part Number 539500. If you are ordering the 539900 arm for another reason, you should consider procuring 3 Reliance Monitor Arm Fixed Height Part Number 539500 for CLIN 0006. Answer: We want six 539900 articulating mount. Three are for the new cameras and the other three are for existing cameras we have in the clinics. Question: CLIN 0010 - Your state ""3 years parts & labor warranty"". Reliance provides a 1 year warranty for their products - CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0009. Haag-Steit provides a 1 year warranty for CLINS 0005 and 0006. The Haag-Streit DICOM License in CLIN 0007 is a license and software that works with the Eyesuite software to allow for images from the IM 910 to be transferred to electronic medical records and is configured during installation. Reichert offers a lifetime warranty on its Illuminated Phoroptor (11636) in CLIN 0008. Answer: The manufacturer warranties are sufficient.
