- As stated in synopsis ""GameChangersII"", we are competing an IT service effort for USSOCOM HQ.�The purpose of this contract is to provide support services for multiple SOF Enterprise Acquisition Tools in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L), i.e. Acquisition Management System (AMS), Engage SOF (eSOF), SharePoint portal management support, web part development and integration, Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), and business process automation services. This would include support and services for the entire USSOCOM suite of tools for management of SOF AT&L acquisition programs, and any new automated acquisition, management, and analytical systems, capabilities, and tools, to include market research and proposal of other/new services, technologies and products to enhance the effectiveness of the SOF AT&L workforce. This contract will be known as SOF Enterprise Acquisition Tools (SEATs). This will be a competitive acquisition among 8(a) vendors. The RFP, Performance Work Statement, Pricing Template, Past Performance Inquiries, and Sections L&M are attached to this notice.� The due date for effort is 15 May 2023, 5pm eatern time.� Submission may be made either by email to �marvin.marcia@socom.mil� or via DoD SAFE (safe.apps.mil) to �marvin.marcia@socom.mil�. If utilizing DoD SAFE, offerors shall request a �drop-off� at least three full working days before the proposal is due. Use of the DoD SAFE delivery method includes acknowledgement by the offeror that: 1) the Government will not be responsible for late delivery of its proposal due to any technical difficulties with the use of the site; 2) The inability to download any proposal is not the fault of the government, and 3) The offeror remains fully responsible for the delivery of the proposal until the PCO acknowledges receipt of a full proposal with complete and readable electronic files.
