Description

This is a Sources Sought / Synopsis Notification (SS/SN) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query�and no solicitation document currently exists for the request.� This�SS/SN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SS/SN.� All�information received in response to this SS/SN that�is marked as proprietary�will be handled accordingly.� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interest in locating a Contractor (vendor) that is capable of providing ALL of the following: Equipment / Audio / Video / Lighting Set-up, Engineers, Stagehands, and Riggers. These requirements are in preparation for the West Point Summer Concert that could potentially be scheduled from 06/29/23 thru 09/05/23 at the United States Military Academy � West Point, NY. (Note:� The Period of Performance includes other dates in between; refer to the PWS.) This requirement could be set-aside for Small Business concerns provided that 2 (two) or more qualified Small Businesses respond to this SS/SN with sufficient information to support the set-aside. � The NAICS Code Qualifiers are� �541490 (Size Standard is $13.5 mil)�-and-�711510 (Size Standard is $9.0 mil) Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for complete info!
