THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is strictly for market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources with the capabilities and experience to perform the required work. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. (For additional information on small business size standards and small business programs, please visit www.sba.gov.) Project Name and Location: U.S. District Courtroom 7th Floor - North Courtroom and Holding Cell Buildout, Sam M. Gibbons US Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, FL 33602. This project involves the build out of a new US District Court courtroom and ancillary spaces and a US Marshals Service holding cell. Majority of the work will be performed during normal business hours while the building is occupied and there could be small portions that will be completed outside normal operating hours. The period of performance is approximately 412 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. If you are an interested party, please provide the following information: Business Name; Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number; A short statement regarding your firm's expertise and experience on projects similar in scope and size; Business Size Status; and If small business, indicate any and all applicable small business representation(s) (HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.). Interested firms should submit the above information to the duncan.warner@gsa.gov no later than Thursday 04/20/2023 by 5pm EST.�An electronic submission is required.�
