This is a Sources Sought / Synopsis Notification (SS/SN) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query�and no solicitation document exists for the request.� This�SS/SN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SS/SN.� All�information received in response to this SS/SN that�is marked as proprietary�will be handled accordingly.� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interest in the item listed below: MFR:� Wintersteiger P/N#:� 8140-401-40 ITEM:� Ski & Board Tuning Machine (Omega SBI 1x208-230v 60Hz) - -�Inline Stone / Belt Grinding Machine for Skis, Snowboards, and Cross-Country Skis � QTY: �1 each � � � � � � � � � � � � *** SEE ATTACHED SPECS FOR MORE INFO *** This requirement could be set-aside for Small Business concerns provided that 2 (two) or more qualified Small Businesses respond to this SS/SN with sufficient information to support the set-aside. � The NAICS Code Qualifier is 333111 and the Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This SS/SN is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available.� However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized seller / supplier of Wintersteiger Inc.� If you are an authorized seller / supplier of Wintersteiger Inc, you must submit written proof from Wintersteiger that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products on their behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *).� All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses:� 1.� Full Company Name and Address 2.� SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3.� CAGE Code 4.� TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�) 5.� NAICS Code(s) (your company must be registered with NAICS Code 333111 to qualify) 6.� Business Size (""Large"" or ""Small""� must be stated on your reply) 7.� Company POC, Email, Phone# 8.� Proof (no exceptions) - -� a.� Authorization letter from Wintersteiger Inc that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products on their behalf.� * INFO WILL BE VERIFIED.* All Small Businesses that *qualify for this requirement are encouraged to participate by listing their capabilities and submitting them to the email address listed below (*your company must be registered with NAICS Code 333111).� Any respondent that is actually capable of providing this requirement may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency for evaluation purposes only.� All responsible parties that feel they can meet our requirements should forward their capabilities in writing via email only to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@army.mil.� This notice will close on April 21, 2023 (Friday) at 12:00 PM (EST).� Please note... this is�a Sources Sought / Synopsis Notification only, not a Solicitation / RFQ.�
